About Macaila

I've always been drawn to helping children learn and grow, which is why I'm excited to be a childcare provider. With two years of experience and some graduate school under my belt, I've gained valuable insights into child development. I'm known for my patience and creativity, and I love finding new ways to engage children and make learning fun. I am currently a graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill, fully remote, studying Epidemiology. I believe in open communication with parents and will always keep you informed about your child's day. I'm also happy to follow your lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm an avid tennis player as well! I'm available to care for children of all ages. I have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
