As a nurturing caregiver with years of experience (including babysitting and observing in various classrooms), I have discovered my passion lies in supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of children. My patient and friendly nature creates a welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure a seamless partnership in caring for their child. While I am somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize fostering a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. From board games and puzzles to educational games and apps, I enjoy a wide range of activities that promote learning and engagement. As an elementary education major with a background in Early Childhood Education, coursework in Early Child Development, and a Paraprofessional certificate, I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages.
