With three years of experience, I have honed my skills in caring for children of all ages, ranging from infants to preteens. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at once. My educational background includes a college degree, which has provided me with a strong foundation in child development and early childhood education. I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring that I am well-equipped to handle any emergencies that may arise. I firmly believe that communication is key in building trust with parents. I keep parents informed about their child's day, any concerns, or milestones achieved, through verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone calls, whichever method the parents prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and maintaining consistency.
