About Maaliyah

I'm a patient, creative, and friendly childcare provider with 10+ years of experience caring for children of all ages. I want to support families and providing reliable, engaging care for their children. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, whether through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, or regular text or phone call updates. I want to provide a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach to childcare is centered around play, games, crafts, and many other activities that promote learning and development. I believe it is important to interact and play with the children and not just let them sit on electronics the whole time. I have completed some college. My full time job is in has been working in elementary education and child care, which includes children with special needs and behaviors. I am a foster/adoptive parent and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
