Lynsey was amazing caring for my father during hospice. She eas exceptional in all she did and how she treated my father. She was compassionate and caring for my family as my father was dying. I couldnt have managed wuthout her. I highly recommend Lynsey for senior care. Lynsey cleaned for me for under a year. I was notified July 15th she was raising her rate 75%. In addition she told me what rooms she would clean when it had always been what I asked her to do. Cleaning was average at best. Started out good and then quality was less and less. She also cleaned an elderly friend's home in anticipation of his return home after 4 months away for medical care. Very subpar job: fsome ateas of floors not swept or mopped, 1 bathroom didn't appear any attention was paid to the floor or shower enclosure, dusting of entire house was haphazard. Her rates on care.com on Juky 15th were $18 - $20/hr. When I asked her about the rates currently listed and why she was raising rates 75% for me she told me it was an old profile I had looked at. She had just been active on the profile 2 hours before so I sent her a screenshot of her profile from that day. Since that time she has increased her rates on care.com to $30-$35/hr. I have no problem with a rate increase, but 75% is exorbitant. She bid the job and rate not even a year ago. Quality of work is not worth the new rate amount or percentage of increase. In addition, I am not going to have a housekeeper tell me what she will do and what rooms she'll clean beginning September 1st. Especially when she currently cleaned whatever rooms I requested. She stopped responding to my texts and quit showing up for her schedule dates without notice once I told we would not continue with her beginning September 1st. My elderly family friend has clsen not to contine with yer services and qas very disappointed in the cleaning perfored brfore he returned home. I cannot recommend Lynsey for housekeeping positions. It is unfortunate because I think Lynsey is a wonderful person. I wish her luck in growing her business and in all endeavors in the future.
