I am very guarded when it comes to the care of my son but Lynette is such a capable and caring caregiver! She is always soft spoken and gentle with my son, even when he is grumpy or not in the best mood. I appreciate that she always meets my son where he is at for the day. She communicates proactively and openly, addressing concerns and asking what my preferences are instead of just assuming so that she can give my son the best care possible. Lynette has done part time nannying and nighttime babysitting for my son. I would recommend her services for anyone looking for a collaborative and gentle led caregiver.
