I have over 14 years experience working with children in the educational setting. I started out as a teacher assistant caring for special needs students. I then went on and continued my career in the special education field as a paraprofessional. I was a one on one para for a special needs girl with down syndrome for 7 years. I am currently the art teacher of that same school and have been the art teacher for the past 4 years. I am very fun. very creative and I also am a mom of two children, a boy who is 9 and a girl who is 15. knowing I am a teacher I am off over the summers so my schedule will open up. I am a kid at heart and love to make sure the children get the best experience no matter what we're doing. I hold true to this as a mom and a teacher.

Lynnea watched our 2.5 year old recently for a date night and instantly won our boy over. While he can be shy meeting new sitters, he warmed to her quickly. She was super responsive while coordinating care, arrived on time, and covered dinner and bedtime with ease. We would happily recommend her and look forward to having her watch our son again.
