About Lynn

I am a very experienced childcare provider, having raised my own daughter who is now a doctor as well as having worked in church nurseries for 19 years and as an overnight nanny for two families where both parents were doctors. I also have experience with special needs children and with infant twins. I am a strong advocate of redirecting and positive reinforcement in producing the most desirable behavior results. I have lots of patience and love to give to your precious little ones.
