I am a mother of 5 children and have an associate degree in Business Management. I am also fluent in conversational Spanish. My greatest attributes are my communication skills, patience and reliability. I truly enjoy being with children and discovering their unique personalities. My childcare philosophy is learning through exploration, art, reading and outdoor observations. Because each child is unique with different interests, backgrounds, and developmental stages, I like to provide an environment where there are opportunities for the child to explore, discover, create and imagine. I believe nurturing each child's interests helps them with developmental milestones as well as building strong relationship with the parents. I spoke with Lynely on the phone and had a lovely conversation with her. My sense is that she is a hard worker, reliable, and willing to help as needed. She is a mother of three girls and therefore well experienced with a range of ages! Our circumstances evolved and we therefore did not need to hire her.
