Hello there, My name is Lyndsey Peters. I am a 29-year-old female residing in Andover MA. I am always super excited to share my experience and love for what I do as its important part of my story. I started my journey as a Residential Caseworker supporting the youth with therapeutic care. Shortly after my time there my son was diagnosed with ASD/ADHD combined type. I then knew exactly what I wanted to do next. I began working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I wanted to gain as much knowledge and provide all the care I could! I wanted to allow families peace of mind that their loved one was safe, supported, and loved. My last position held was a PCA for senior care. I loved every second of it but I found myself thinking over and over about the Autism community and it being where I belong!!
