Child care has been a passion of mine since I was a young child myself. After receiving my babysitter's certificate at the age of 11, I created business cards and promoted myself to my community. Since that time, over my 13 years of child care, It continues to be my passion as I find it rewarding and fulfilling. I have experience caring for dozens of families and children with a variety of backgrounds, including infants to young adults. I am passionate about participating in the development of young people. I had the opportunity to chat with Lyndsey about being our sons nanny. Lyndsey stood out instantly with the attention she put into her application. She asked the most thoughtful, detailed questions about our son, was incredibly easy to converse with, and expressed genuine interest in our family's structure. Diversity and non-traditional family structures seemed to be, through her kind, thoughtful communication, non issues. Before we got the chance to interview Lyndsey, we found another nanny that we found to be a great fit. If anything falls through with the nanny we did hire, Lyndsey will be our very first call.
