About Lydia

I am scheduled and orderly while also prioritizing the needs of children. Also, I am a consistent and reliable caregiver and understand the importance of timeliness in regards to families that have an inflexible schedule for work. With my degree in psychology, I highly appreciate the developmental and emotional health of the children I nanny. I'm looking for a job that gives me flexibility to care for children in ways that follow their sleep cues, feeding cues, and needs for emotional regulation. I lean towards nannying in a more gentle parenting manner and using Montessori techniques. I am willing to be flexible and go to great lengths to meet the needs of the families I work for, with the stipulation of clear expectations and respect of my time along with yours.
