About Lydia

I have lived on a dairy farm my entire life until I moved to the area in January 2020. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters, 4 nieces and 4 nephews. I have been home schooled and enjoy playing the piano and accordion. I have enjoyed taking care of children and being a mother's helper since I was 10, and love cooking and baking. My nieces often came over and I watched them while on the farm, showing them new things and helping them learn little jobs that they were able to do. I read stories and kept the baby happy without her mother. I played with them and encouraged them to improve their language and writing skills. I have watched many children, anywhere from a few days to 14 years old. I love children, especially infants, and have lots of fun taking care of them. I would love to take care of yours! I have taken a CPR and First Aid class.

Lydia has been wonderful to work with. My kids love her and she always keeps them entertained and gets them outside to play when the weather is good. She is quick to respond to messages and always on time to babysit. We look forward to continuing to use Lydia to watch our 3 kids!
