About Lydia

I am great with kids as well as I have a large amount of experience. I am also a certified figure skating coach, teaching kids as young as 4 years old on the ice. I enjoy working with kids of all ages and I am always looking for fun and exciting activities to do with the children. I have done occasional morning babysitting and transportation, caring for a 7-year-old throughout the school year, dropping off and picking up from school, as well as a full time summer position with a family of 4 children. I spent a year working in the before and after school program as well as summer program at a day care facility. I graduated college with my degree in secondary education and English. I am in my fifth year of teaching 8th grade through 12th grade English. I am looking for occasional babysitting or a summer position from June through the middle of August minus a few days at the beginning of August when I will have mandatory meetings to prepare for the start of the school year.
