Lydia was incredible! She was with my family for 2 years. I hired her to care for my 3 month old daughter and for my 3 older kiddos on occasion. She was incredible with all age groups (infant, 7-11 yrs old). She is reliable, caring, patient and has the best attitude. She was always willing to help, and always with a smile. She engaged with the kids, played, read stories and worked on the baby's developments skills (vocabulary, motor skills, etc). Lydia is truly fantastic and I highly recommend her for anyone interested.
