Ive been a professional care giver for over 8 years, But been one for over 23 years. I started caregiving when my mom got ill in 2001, she lost sight and hearing. Care giving then became a passion. This motivated me to study care giving to aquire more knowledge on how to care for vulnerables. It gives me a lot of pride and a sense of purpose when I see my client happy and safe . I have taken care of people with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, development disability, diabetics, stroke and more . I have worked in Adult family homes, assisted living, memory care , Nursing homes and in the recent past I've been more into Home care, One on one clients, I do assist with ADLs , Dr's appointment, I do run errands and dotheir grocery shopping, go for walks or rides . I try my best to keep my clients happy and Independent as possible.
