I generally tend to clean up as I go, making sure to clean any and all spills that happen throughout the day. I also am happy to do dishes, vacuuming, and/or whatever other chores you would like to be done during the time I'm there. I'm happy to follow any protocols you prefer and am very flexible when it comes to making sure everything is the way you want it!
