Lydia has been working for us for about half a year. She's been great. She is helpful around the house, great communicator, reliable etc. She has been working with the kids on reading and writing and reads chapter books with them so it's fun, not all just a chore. It's getting really hard to stump our 5 year old on new words now :). She's also just a very kind, patient, person and tuned in to the kids moods and needs. She has helped finding useful tools for both kids (and us) to manage kids' big emotions when they don't get what they want, without having it turn into a meltdown.
