I am a full time Spanish teacher, so weekends & school holidays are my primary availibility! My goal is to find a family to work with for 1-3 full days every week in July & August. I am happy to be a back up/sub person as needed. I started working with kids when I was younger than 18. I worked in homes and churches to provide childcare. Since then I have given swim lessons, and been a classroom teacher. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, playful, and protective. In my spare time, I like to do yoga, ride my bike, write, and read books. One thing you should know about me is that I will always be focused on your child's safety and enrichment. My skills include understanding, making children feel comfortable, safe, and secure, and having fun with them.

Lydia has been our go to sitter for the past couple of years. She is fun, educated, and kind. My son (9) is Austistc and has ADHD. She totally "gets" him and supports him being his own unique self. He really enjoys her company. She is very engaging. Whenever she has watched him during the day she goes out of her way to plan an activity such as swimming or museums. She is reliable and pet friendly as well. We lover her!
