Worked for a few months. Recipes were given in video or printed in Spanish, but she never stopped making mistakes on a regular basis. She quit, because I manifested I was tired of her absent-mindfulness with ingredients or forgetting a full recipe; but she attributed it to my perfectionism; always finding justifications. But the worst of all is that she took my efforts/courtesy to help her, as humiliation. Every weekend I would take 3 hours to search for recipes in Spanish, because she told me her English was not that good. I would print them, protect them in plastic covers for her comfort, and to facilitate reading them. Nevertheless, she came to say that my help was humiliating, like a reminder for not having a higher English level. Ungrateful to the core! Never in my mind I would dare to do such a thing; quite the opposite. Some people feel safer by being in denial before having to accept failure, hence, never growing from such lessons.
