Luz is an amazing and incredibly reliable person. She is a fast learner and proactive. She quickly became the person I could leave in charge of leading the camp. When working at camp you have to be prepared to pivot because things don't go as planned. This is where Luz was great at coming up with new games or crafts and keeping the children entertained and engaged. Above all, she is kind and earned everyone's love at our camp.
