Luz has been a wonderful nanny to my son, J, for over 2 years. Dependable, punctual, wise, caring, and flexible, Luz has so many great qualities that made her a dream to work with. She always thought of ways to help J stay physically and mentally active, and develop better habits and behaviors. Her patience when J was behaving badly never ran out, she always spoke with kindness and wisdom when correcting him. I never had to worry whenever I forgot to give instructions about J's care because Luz is so resourceful. She just seemed to know what to do, where to find things, and come up with a solution that I would approve of. She was always very considerate of my wishes and would check in with me about anything she was unsure of. I can't recommend Luz enough! If you're lucky enough to hire her as your caregiver, you will never regret it.
