As a friendly and approachable childcare provider with over 14 years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable care for children. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career in childcare. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and consistent dialogue, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or following their preferred method. Regarding household rules, I adapt my approach based on the parents' guidance and ensure a consistent and nurturing environment for the children. I enjoy engaging children in various activities, including educational games that promote learning and development. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience working with toddlers aged 1-3 and preschoolers aged 4-5. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. While I don't smoke, I'm happy to help with carpooling if needed.
