I've observed some nannies behaving poorly and heard troubling stories about children being mishandled by nannies, which deeply concerns me. As for my personality, I'm dependable and patient, always striving to create a warm and secure environment. I'm very organized, which helps me manage daily routines smoothly while ensuring that each child's unique needs are met. I also value stability, so I work hard to build trusting relationships with both the children and their parents, always keeping communication open and clear.
