About Lukas

As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I have about two years of total experience working with children in a multitude of different roles like as a camp counselor, a tutor, and now as a teacher. I have formal training as a teacher and have undergone First Aid and CPR training, ensuring I can respond effectively to any situation. I just recently graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Political Science (January 2024) and have started working as a middle school teacher. I work mainly as an assistant and provide one on one support for children with learning disabilities. It's a role I've found a lot of joy and fulfillment from and makes me eager to continue to pursue working with children.
