I'm 28 y-old. I come from a big family with 5 siblings in Brazil. Because I have majored in Psychology and have worked with kids from various ages and needs, I feel comfortable in saying that I am very good at my job. I love to be part of a child's life and I feel so lucky when they show me how lightly we can live life. Caring for kids brings me joy and growth as a person. But I also know challenging behavior is part of the deal. Being a role model and guiding them through emotions and struggles is very rewarding to me. I strongly believe that communication is the key to a good job and a good relationship between nanny and family. I was an au pair for 18 months. During this time, I took care of three boys: a 3y-old, a 5y-old and a 7y-old. Later on, I was babysitting for a family with 2 kids, aged 4 and 5.
