Hello! Luisa from Bay Area! Working with children is truly inspiring, their minds and curiosity never cease to amaze me. I love harnessing that energy while making sure they feel safe in their environment, have fun, and take care of any responsibilities. I have helped families both part-time and full-time, caring for children ages ranging from 1 to 13 years old. Though each family and experience is unique, I am adaptable to your family's needs; always prioritizing the needs of your child. Additionally, my sociological background helps me think critically, and openly, in any given scenario, including, but not limited to, conflict resolution, anxieties, etc. I come from a diverse background, with diverse experiences and identities; my ability to recognize intersectionalities, and embrace them, is important in everything I do, but especially while working with your children.
