Taking care of children is a wonderful experience that has taught me a lot during my life because children are always enthusiastic, happy, willing to learn and trying new challenges. They are very curious, active and creative, and I believe that, it is important to motivate little kids to use these abilities to do different activities, say, play instruments, practice sports, do art and craft and so on. When I am with children I see how they taught me to be happier and express my feelings, have no fears, be brave, forgive and enjoy life all the time. They see the beauty in everything while adults just see simple and ordinary things, I am sure that we learn more than we could imagine. I've in touch with children for around 4 years as I studied a BA in languages.

We hired Luisa for a 2-child pod for our 3-year-old and a 3-year-old neighbor who were both not in daycare due to covid-19. We hired her in February 2021 and when we lost care for our 5-year-old, Luisa quickly adjusted and was willing to watch all three for 2 and then 3 days a week. She worked every day -- Monday through Friday. She was always available and punctual. Luisa is super calm, patient, and gentle with the children and they really like her. She also spoke to my children in Spanish which helped since I speak to them in Spanish. Luisa uses an emergent curricular style where she lets their interests and energy guide the activities which works well for the kids. She took the children out each day for an hour, helped them eat their lunch, and took them to splash parks in the summer. We are ending the arrangement because our children will start school in the fall. Otherwise, we would still be working with her. She is great, and we recommend her.
