About Luisa

I've been a childcare provider for the past three years, and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children. I've worked with children of various ages, from toddlers to preteens, and have experience caring for up to three children at once. I have my graduate degree in early child development, and I've also completed First Aid training. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing games and engaging in activities that promote learning and physical development. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and following the lead of the parents. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow the parents' preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise.
