I have used Lusia as an overnight nanny Luisa for 120+ hours per month since 2018 for my two daughters. She is the best we have had. She keeps good discipline with the girls but in a manner that keeps them delighted. She has trained them to go to bed and wake on schedule by themselves, and their self-sufficiency and discipline are now a source of pride and self-esteem. She is an engineering student and an especially good tutor for math. Both girls are enthusiastic with her approach, and now both get A's in math. Most importantly, she is an outstanding role model demonstrating emotional maturity and a focus on her own studies that have inspired my girls, who now aspire to be like her. As an employee, she has a perfect track record of punctuality and dependability like no other nanny I have used. Therefore, I can enthusiastically recommend Luisa with reservation. As my girls have gotten older and I am traveling less, Luisa has now time for other work.
