About Ludmia

Hi there! My name is Ludmia, but kids just call me Mia. Growing up in a in-home daycare setting is where I began working with children. Throughout the years I've worked in professional environments, but I've always come back to doing something that involves children. As a kids yoga instructor for children 18 months to 13 years old, I would create lessons that would cultivate mindfulness in everyday activities. I've worked with school age children, but my recent experience has been with newborns and infants.
