Hi everyone, my name is Mila. I am a NCS/INS (Newborn Care Specialist) and INS (Infant Care Specialist) and PPD. I work with newborn/infants from 0-16 weeks old. I have been a nanny for almost 20 years now being a NCS is helping parents right from the start. What does this mean; I work overnights to make sure the parents have a quality night of sleep, feeding the newborn, getting the newborn on a sleep, and feeding schedule. If the baby requires breast feeding then I'll take the newborn to you so you can breastfeed and once complete I'll burp the newborn and put the newborn back to sleep. I'll also wash any bottles and make any bottles for the day if need be. We have loved working with Milla! We were immediately assured by her expertise on our very first meeting with her, and we were expecting our first child and had an excessive amount of questions. Milla has become a trusted advisor and a part of our family. And she continues to provide feedback on our daughter’s sleep schedule, crib transition, etc. We have told her we need her to clone herself because we would love to have her every day and every night!!
