Hi everyone, my name is Mila. I am a NCS/INS (Newborn Care Specialist) and INS (Infant Care Specialist) and PPD. I work with newborn/infants from 0-16 weeks old. I have been a nanny for almost 20 years now being a NCS is helping parents right from the start. What does this mean; I work overnights to make sure the parents have a quality night of sleep, feeding the newborn, getting the newborn on a sleep, and feeding schedule. If the baby requires breast feeding then I'll take the newborn to you so you can breastfeed and once complete I'll burp the newborn and put the newborn back to sleep. I'll also wash any bottles and make any bottles for the day if need be. We had the pleasure of working with Milla for about 11 weeks and she truly exceeded expectations and quickly became an extension of our family. Having someone take care of our newborn was not a decision we took lightly and we are beyond grateful for her support. Not only was our newborn sleeping through the night at about 8 weeks, but her passion for babies, professionalism, and willingness to help in every capacity was evident from Day 1. We were reluctant to lose her because we had such comfort on the nights she was with us, but once our baby was fully sleeping through the night, it was time for her to help her next family. We can’t speak highly enough about the support Milla provided us and have already told her she will be our first call once we’re hopefully fortunate enough to be expecting again! We’re forever grateful for her expertise and support through the early days with our newborn.
