While school kept me very busy and did not allow me to have many formal babysitting jobs, I love children and took a babysitting course in middle school. When I was in middle and high school, I had the opportunity to get to know two families well. I was a mommy's helper at times (entertaining the kids while mom was busy) and later babysat the kids ages 5 (x2) and 7. I also have experience supervising children at the local swimming pool. Additionally, I spent 2 years of high school volunteering with an afterschool program at a preschool once a week. I am now a 25-year-old licensed pharmacist looking to give parents some time off as I love on their kids! While my prior experience is not with infants, I have volunteered in church nurseries and feel comfortable caring for ages 0-11.
