About Lucy

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, bubbly, and kind! I love working with kids because it is so rewarding to help them learn and grow! It's so fun to watch children apply the skills they learn on their own and solve problems by themselves! Children have a light in them that gets brighter by the day and I love that about them! I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I babysat my neighbors and parent's friend's kids. When I was 16 I was a full time nanny in the summer. The following summer I started working at my elementary school's childcare program! Then the past 2 years I have worked at a childcare center in the one to 2-year-old room! In my spare time, I like to cook and bake. I recently got my own house and have picked up on how to make the things I love to eat! I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, and going to the lake on the weekends in the summer!
