Lucy was very patient and caring with my kids (age 9 and 6). She was punctual and responsible, picking up the kids from school and helping them settle in at home every afternoon. She helped me with light house work for the kids as well (unpacked lunch boxes, gave a snack, helped with their laundry). She was very pleasant and did artwork or played games with the kids, especially my energetic son. They liked her very much!
