About Lucy

Hi, I'm Lucy! I am currently a senior at Drake University studying sociology and I am from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I love working with kids and am comfortable with all ages. I have over 5 years of experience with children ages six months to 15 years old. I am committed to making sure children are safe and also having fun. I have a natural ability to connect with kids and create a positive, engaging environment for them. My patience and creativity help me tailor activities to their interests and needs, making learning and play both fun and effective. I genuinely enjoy seeing their progress and helping them grow. My experience has taught me how to build trust with kids quickly, which helps me foster a supportive and positive atmosphere. My strong communication skills and ability to actively listen ensure that I can effectively address both the needs and concerns of the children I work with.
