About Lucy

I am a creative, friendly, and caring individual with a passion for nurturing young minds. My journey into childcare was inspired by my desire to positively impact children's lives and support families. I have experience caring for my four younger siblings, babysitting for my dance teacher's children, and working as a piano teacher in Greenville, TX for children ages 4-14. My experience with teaching helps me adapt playtime and learning into our schedules. I believe in open and regular communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise, using their preferred method of contact. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. To keep children engaged and entertained, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
