I've nannied for two families in the for a lot period of time and only left because of moving but I've babysat my niece who had open heart surgery since I was 12 (with help from my mom) so I've done a feeding tube a couple of times. I'm fine with diapers and boogers and puke. I can put bandaids on scratches and don't panic in emergency's. I am BLS certified.
