About Lucretia

I am a Childcare Provider with 22 years of experience providing care for children 0 to 10 years of age. I am skilled at working with parents to set clear weekly schedules and build a safe, positive home environment. I am committed to supporting parents' educational and disciplinary goals. I offer live-out flexibility or date nights I would describe my personality as ambitious, driven and disciplined. I enjoy working with children because I make a significant contribution to those that I care for and help to in their development. It is satisfying knowing that I am helping to shape their futures. I am looking for a family who encourage and facilitate clear lines of communication and a willingness to provide support. My top three child care skills are patience, a focus on child development and management. I would like families to know that I am very passionate about my job and a very family-oriented person.
