I began working with special needs kids at the age of 19. I didn't think it would work out but I gave it a try and fell in love. I started working at a private owned facility for special needs. I've worked with kids with different disabilities and different ages from 2-40+. Throughout the years I worked at this facility on 3 different occasions. I had to leave to care for my mother but when I got the chance to return I did. I also still keep in contact with some. I've always been a caring person. And I just love knowing that I am able to make a difference in someone's life.

At first, Lucretia made a good impression on me of a decent woman who was willing to help with my special needs child. I ran a background check on her and hired her for work. After only one day of work, she informed me that someone else contacted her for cleaning job , but she is still flexible and can work with my son as well. The next day she disappeared, I sent her several messages but she never got back to me. Even if she was not interested in the job she did not have the decency to update me. She behaved disrespectfully like the kind of people who offer themselves for the best bidder and what's important to them is only the money and not the dedication to the work they do. If you're looking for a nanny or a sitter for your child, look elsewhere!!!
