Lucky was quick to respond and did a fantastic job. She communicated with me during a trip to a medical appointment for my sister. I knew that my sister was picked up, when the appointment was done and when she was returned to her home. She also reported that my sister was talkative, happy and laughing. This communication was very reassuring and comforting to me because I have never had a total stranger pick her up. I was very, very pleased.
