Hi! My name is Lucina and I am looking for part-time childcare work starting in August or September! I am a 23-year-old graduate from Drexel University. I started childcare in 2015 as a gymnastics coach to kids aged 2-15. Since moving to Philadelphia in 2019, I have nannied long-term for multiple families as my primary job. I have newborn experience as well as experience working with multiple children at once. I have a driver's license, but no car, but I am comfortable driving in the city and am adept at biking and using public transport. I can also help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping/errands, and homework! Lastly, I am adult, child, and baby First Aid/CPR/AED certified. lucina has been working with us for over two years. they started with our 18 month old and then jumped in to help with our second child when they were born. lucina is great with feeding babies/kids of all ages, cloth diapers, changing sleep schedules, and managing our kids food allergies. lucina takes our kids out to play in all kinds of weather and most importantly is patient and kind. they talk to our children to work through any problems taking the time to explain how and why they are doing something. couldn't recommend a person more.
