About Lucilia

Hi there! My name is Lucy. I am currently a senior in college studying Elementary and Special Education and will be graduating in May 2025. Throughout my four years of college, I have worked with children in a variety of age groups and settings, such as school, day care, and even an autism ABA therapy clinic. I recently finished my student teaching in both a 1st grade classroom and a 1st-5th grade learning support classroom, as well as passing my Pre-K-4 and Pre-K-12 Special Education certification exams! Through my experience, I can specialize in tutoring reading and writing for students in grades 1-5. My work as an educator makes me a great fit for a tutor because I am flexible, attentive to detail, and adaptive!
