I've been a nanny for two years, but my experience started with my two younger sisters, where I learned patience and how to connect with different personalities. Being a nanny is about more than childcare-it's about building confidence, encouraging curiosity, and creating a safe, loving space. I believe in open communication with parents to ensure consistency and trust. I have experience with children of all abilities, including those with special needs. Every child is unique, so I take the time to learn their interests-whether it's music, a favorite show, or a specific activity-to build a connection. I'm patient, calm, and consistent in enforcing household rules while keeping things fun and engaging. I love activities like cooking, singing, arts and crafts, puzzles, sensory play, reading, and outdoor adventures. I speak English and Spanish and know some ASL, allowing me to connect with diverse families. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where children can thrive.
