About Lucia

I am a 26-year-old woman currently finishing up a master's degree in medical anthropology at The University of Colorado Denver. I have had 8+ years of experience working as a tutor and educational therapist. I've tutored both privately and as an employee for several tutoring companies. I had experience in teaching writing, social studies, science, math (up to high school geometry and Algebra 2), and executive functioning (time management, organization, study habits, etc.). Additionally, I've worked previously for two different companies as an SAT/ACT tutor. I also have experience working with a diverse range of abilities. I've worked with students diagnosed with autism, dyslexia, anxiety disorders, etc. I've also worked with highly gifted students.
