When our nanny was our sick, we connected with Luciana via care.com and Luciana was able to cover for our nanny on a short notice. Our 10-months old baby is has stranger anxiety and would cry when someone new hold her. Somehow, our baby was happily spent the whole day with Luciana. Luciana was loving and sweet with her.
