As someone who had the same wonderful nanny for 3.5 years before moving, I was shocked by my experience with Luciana. After agreeing multiple times to the hours, she texted the day of the trial, called me a liar, insulted me for being from Idaho, and claimed my kids—she never met—would have temper tantrums. She made very inappropriate assumptions about my letting my other nanny bring her son who is my Childs age. Her lack of reviews and rude, unprofessional behavior are major red flags.
