About Lucia

I've been a long-term caregiver before and have a deep passion for helping children grow and develop. I've always loved babysitting and working with kids. I'm currently in school to be a developmental psychologist, and I find it fascinating to witness the way children and adolescents learn and change. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I work well with different types of kids. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, either verbally at pickup or through their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I love playing outdoor or physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning, or using technology with the kids. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages. I'm willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I'm also First Aid and CPR trained.
