In over 10 years as a babysitter, I have been known as the fun aunt or the fun babysitter. Yet, I understand that their is a time to be fun and a time to be responsible, and parents of children I have babysat have found me to be reliable and responsible. Most of my babysitting experience comes from watching the children of friends and family. I have experience babysitting children aged newborn to 12 years, for both boys and girls. I am currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education with the goal of becoming an elementary teacher. I am an Honors student, who truly values education. I consider myself to be hands-on, I am comfortable helping with homework and cooking. I like to keep kids active, whether that be playing outside, helping to cook or do chores, as well as fun stuff such as reading, crafts, or playing sports. My goal is to leave parents knowing that their child is in capable hands, and for the child to feel that their babysitter enjoys spending time with them.
