Luana accepted a telephone interview appt for 12/14/24 between 1245 to 1300. I called her number a few times in that time frame and all calls went straight to voicemail. She never bothered to get back to me. This was unprofessional and it was a waste of the time that I could have put towards finding a different caregiver.
